hello?......hello.....yes I am here. Back again :)

It has been awhile since I have blogged. I can only say that life had taken over and therefore I did not blog.

So much has happened. I still work as a pre-k teacher for 3-5 year olds with and without special needs. It is summer now and so that is all I'll say about work for now.

What is new? Nathan and I will have been married for four years in July. We are expecting our first baby in September and we have adopted a Beagle from the shelter this past November named Duke.

I'd like to touch on pregnancy in this blog.

I found out at 4 weeks I was pregnant. That was back in January. I took a home test on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised!

I continued on my path of eating salads for lunch and although in the first weeks my workouts were stunted a bit with the intensitiy level, they came back quickly.  I really want to write my own book about working out and being pregnant as most books I attempted to use for guidance really were not of any help with my level of fitness and my body's abilities during pregnancy. I may test some of my writing out here so look for that if you are interested.

The worst symptoms of  my pregnancy: fatigue and feeling super un-attractive because my boobs and stomach just sprung outward all of a sudden.

The best symptom of my pregnancy: the happy hormones! :) The baby moving all around in response to voices and familiar music played nearby the womb.
